It closes in, and a giant spectral skull rises out of its mouth and slams down on it: everything around is thrown up and cursed, Unlucky and Weakened for a while. (Reach: 110% a hit, 3.5 blocks)
Combo: Hexed Moon
With the Hex Lycan Cubee out (either slot): The curse also leaves them Vulnerable for 5s; the lycan's howl costs no blood at all.
